Houston has worked as a professional writer since 1995. He started his career writing for the screen and stage before working in advertising.

As a copywriter and creative director, he brings multidisciplinary experience across digital, TV, and print. He has held roles at leading agencies (full time and consulting basis) including Ogilvy, JWT, and Saatchi & Saatchi.

During that time, he has has worked with a host of global, regional and local brands across various industries.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Houston graduated from The Dome Theatre—Canada’s premier theatre school. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, majoring in Creative Writing and minoring in Computer Sciences.
